OUR CUSTOM PROCESS
1. INQUIRE WITH OUR DESIGN QUESTIONNAIRE
To ensure we align perfectly with your vision, we would love it if you could reply to our design questionnaire. It won't take much time, but your responses will greatly help us define your project to perfection. The more details you provide, the better we can tailor our services to exceed your expectations!
2. PROPOSAL & TIMELINE
Based on your replies, your dedicated designer will prepare a proposal and timeline for your project. We accept a limited number of design projects each month to ensure that each client receives the attention they deserve. Proposals are valid for a one week period. After a week, please reach out to us again to confirm pricing and availability.
3. ORDER & DEPOSIT
Your designer will send you a custom link to place your order. If you choose to move forward, a 50% deposit will be required to begin design work.
4. DESIGN & PROOFING
During the design phase, your dedicated designer will send you several proofs and refine them until you are 100% happy with the design.
5. PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
If you ordered a digital file, we will create your high resolution files. If you ordered printed items, our printer will print.
